Overview

The project is located on the eastern crescent of the famous Palm Jumeirah Island in Dubai. The project includes a nine-storey building with a total of 60 apartments. The design of the complex was made by the famous Japanese architect Tadao Ando, and combines elements of modern architecture and Japanese aesthetics. The project also features many water elements and pools, as well as suspended arches, creating a unique visual effect of the play of light and shadow.
The complex offers apartments with 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms. The apartments range in size from 2,657 to 11,646 square feet. The interior decoration is made by Armani/Casa studio and is distinguished by high-quality materials and modern technologies. All apartments are equipped with smart home management systems, which allows residents to control various aspects of their home using modern technology. The interiors use elegant and stylish solutions, providing comfort and coziness.
An exclusive beach club, a fitness center, temperature-controlled pools, children's playgrounds and park areas are provided for residents. Restaurants, cafes and retail shops are also available on site. Additionally, the services of a personal concierge are provided, which will provide all the needs and desires of residents.
The project is located on Palm Jumeirah, one of the most prestigious areas of Dubai. This provides residents with easy access to the city's main attractions such as Dubai Marina, Burj Khalifa, Mall of the Emirates and others. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Dubai International Airport, and about 20 minutes to get to Downtown Dubai. The developed transport infrastructure, including access to the Sheikh Zayed Road and Palm Monorail highways, makes getting around the city convenient and fast.
